WHAT TO EXPECT
The Steps We Take In The Care of Your Rugs
Inspection
Our rug inspections include a 42-point examination. Some of those steps include:
- Condition
- Wear and Tear
- Color Instability/Dye Test
- UV Inspection (for pet urine)
- Insect Damage
- Discoloration
- Pre-Existing Color Bleed
- Stains
- Holes/Tears
- Fiber Wear
- Fringe Condition
Post Inspection
Once we've inspected your rug(s), we contact you to inform you of our findings and give you a firm price for our service. It is at this time we will obtain your written authorization to proceed with the cleaning.
Dusting
Dusting is a critical cleaning procedure and involves removal of dry soil particles that are extremely abrasive (much like sandpaper), grinding and causing irreversible wear and damage to those fibers.
Rug Cleaning
Our cleaning solutions are specially formulated for fine area rug cleaning and are WOOL SAFE CERTIFIED.
Brushing
Setting the nap properly with special grooming tools is an essential part of the cleaning process.
Drying
We speed dry rugs to ensure a quick, proper dry.
Final Inspection
We at Arizona Oriental maintain the highest standards. We perform a thorough final inspection to each and every rug. Our goal is customer satisfaction. We don’t hesitate to repeat any steps that might be necessary to provide you with the cleanest rug possible. It’s that final touch that means so much.
