It's a given in my business that LOTS OF CLIENTS LOVE THEIR RUGS THE BEST OUT OF EVERYTHING ELSE IN THEIR HOMES!
Whether they purchased their rugs years and years ago (and still love it to this day), or the rug has become a family heirloom and belonged to their grandmother, or they hold treasured memories of a client’s travels – no matter the reason, clients love their rugs. I can’t blame them!
Strong attachment to their beloved rugs can cause a rug owner a lot of anxiety when it comes time to have their rugs cleaned. I’ve had a few clients using Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care for the first time be a little (or a lot) apprehensive of leaving their rugs with us. I can’t tell you how many horror stories are out there about a “professional” carpet cleaner ruining a client’s rugs. Unfortunately, not all services are the same and I would NEVER recommend choosing a wall-to-wall carpet cleaning service for fine area rug cleaning. There are just too many things that can go wrong – dyes can bleed, fibers can shrink, etc.
