Hi folks! Ruthie here with Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care here in Prescott AZ.  I wanted to share this short video of one our Ruggies, Mr. Justin, working on a rug with urine deposits.

Prior to this video, we sprayed the rug down with our urine treatment product.  He is showing off the next step of this procedure - making sure that treatment gets deep down in the knots of the area rug and makes contact with the urine salt crystals. This allows us to work on completely eliminating urine odors from the rug and is only one of the many steps taken during our treatment process.

Our next steps are to thoroughly flush the rug with clean water and force all of the urine crystals and deposits out of the rug.  This will further help to remove the urine odors from this area rug.
