Sedona AZ – Worry No More! Happy Clients and Pats on the Back Make for Happy Rug Cleaners

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in this business, it’s that LOTS OF CLIENTS LOVE THEIR RUGS MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN THEIR HOME!

I understand the fondness people have for their rugs.  Some purchased their rugs years and years ago and after all those years, they still love it!  Others bought their rugs on their worldly travels and they hold special memories for those times for the client.  There are also clients who inherited their grandmother’s beloved rug.

I also understand the anxiety that can come from knowing you need to have the area rug that you’re so attached to cleaned.  Some of my first time clients at Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care might be a little (or a lot) apprehensive about bringing their rug into us.  So today I wanted to share some very kind words from a recent client, Nanci Healey, in the hopes of comforting these future clients.

The amount of horror stories of a “professional” carpet cleaner destroying a client’s rugs are plenty.  Unfortunately, not all services are the same and I would NEVER recommend choosing a wall-to-wall carpet cleaning service for fine rug washing.  There are just so many things that could go wrong (dye bleed, shrinkage, etc.) if you don’t have the experience and tools available!
