Hi folks, Ruthie here with Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care and I wanted to take a moment and share a testimonial from one of our recent clients and also just share a little story of what happened with this particular client and what it means for us as a business. We pride ourselves on our quality work with professional area rug cleaning, but we ALSO pride ourselves on our integrity.
Our client brought three little Moroccan rugs that were in need of some T.L.C. and some repair to the fringes as well. These rugs held a lot of sentimental meaning to our clients, who had purchased them during their travels in Morocco many years ago. So, we took the rugs down to our repair shop, got estimates for repairs, and then continued through the process of receiving approval for cleaning and repair from our clients.
Once the rugs were cleaned and repaired, they looked beautiful! Our client came to pick them up and was so pleased by how their beloved rugs turned out. They had this to say after picking their rugs up:
“We took a set of extremely old Moroccan rugs and could not believe how beautifully they came out. We did not hold out much hope for the revival of these rugs but we were astounded at the results. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Arizona Oriental Rug care to anyone. And I will be using them in the future.”
It was only after the rugs were out of our shop that we realized we had made a mistake in pricing the repairs on all three rugs – what should have been ONE charge for all three rugs had been accidentally turned into THREE charges – one for each rug. We called up our client and had him come back to refund him the overcharged amount.
The reason I wanted to share this story with you all is just to show how dedicated we are to our clients. We want them to leave here knowing that they were well taken care of!
