Hi everyone, I’m Ruthie with Arizona Oriental & Specialty Rug Care here in beautiful Prescott AZ and I wanted to take a moment and share a story of a client that recently brought rugs into us. As a company, we have always prided ourselves on the quality work that we provide but we also pride ourselves on being honest with our clients.
Three little Moroccan rugs were brought into us by our client, who had purchased them a number of years ago in their travels abroad. They were in need of a little T.L.C. and also had some fringe damage that needed to be repaired. We took the rugs down to our repair shop, got an estimate, and then presented the estimate to our client for approval. Once we got their approval, we moved forward with the cleaning and repairs on these wonderful little rugs.
When they were all cleaned and repaired, the rugs looked beautiful! When our client came to pick them up, they were thrilled at the way their beloved rugs had turned out. They left this testimonial for us to share just how pleased they were with our work:

This story doesn’t end there, however! We realized something once the rugs were out of our shop – we had accidentally turned ONE repair cost for all three rugs into THREE repair costs, one for each rug. We called our client, explained our mishap, and had them come in for a refund for the overcharged amount. He was very grateful for our honesty and quickness to remedy the mistake!
I wanted share this story with all of you just to show how dedicated we are to our clients.
