How Do My Rugs Begin Being Cleaned?
From the moment you call our office and are greeted with a friendly voice and a willingness to assist when you pick up your rugs, we are here to help (we can also do pickup and delivery). From start to finish, Arizona Oriental strives to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Foremost, don’t expect a 15-second reply if your goal is to find out how much it will cost to clean your rug.
Some people call and expect a quick response to confirm the cleaning cost. It isn’t that simple. Rugs may be smaller than carpets, yet cleaning can be more complicated.
Because all rugs are different–in terms of size, construction, fibers, and so on–we’ll have to ask a few questions and do some investigative work to understand more about YOUR rug.
Our investigative abilities will be sorely tested, and you should expect to be asked a few questions until we can give you an approximation over the phone.
Not everybody can answer all the questions, so no real worries. We’ll use the information you provide to gain a better understanding of what’s required for your area rug, enabling us to provide you with the information you’re looking for – the price!
What Will Sedona Pro Rug Cleaner Ask?
- Here are a few routine questions you can expect to be asked:
- Do you know if the fiber is wool, silk, synthetic, etc.?
Can you see the design on the back of the rug, or is it covered up with a piece of cloth?
Spending a few minutes asking such questions and a few more to gather the correct information, we can provide more accurate estimates, giving you the best information.
We will ask one final question: if you want to give your rug the care it deserves, and will you deliver, or do you like us to do the pick-up?
